[153 - 05/32/12] Pizza & popsicles the sis made for dinner haha

[152 - 05/31/12] Found a little surprise the bf left in my bookmark while i read Fifty Shades of Grey haha my post-it had sand in it from when i read in the beach the other day.
Made some pork chops with prosciutto & thyme for dinner with the bf & sissy. id say it was pretty good for me cooking something different.

[151 - 05/30/12] My Jeffrey Campbell Litas came in!! So excited i finally got a pair i almost wanted to sleep in them! haha. Had the hardest time deciding between black or brown but i figured id put more use into the brown since i don’t wear black much. i still wanna get a pair of the black ones tho! hah maybe another time =P

[149 - 05/28/12] A little shopping with the bf on Memorial Day. bought a tiny necklace at Urban but i had to ask for a bag since they had blue and red ones for the holiday haha bf laughs at me cause i love keeping shopping bags so he gave me his =P

[148 - 05/27/12] BBQ hopping for Memorial Day weekend with the bf. Cousin’s bday party first. they had little kiddie pools which i wanted to jump into with the super hot weather. then off to another bbq with friends.

[147 - 05/26/12] Mini road trip to Shawano, WI with the bf & two other friends for the “No Star Bash”, drift event. Too bad it was raining but we came prepared with umbrellas & my rain-boots. Headed home since it ended early cause of the rain. Texas Roadhouse for dinner on the way home. bread so yummy like pandesal!

[146 - 05/25/12] Lunch with dee at Siam Pasta’s outdoor rooftop patio on the sunny day. i had to wear my sunglasses while we ate haha 
BBQ at a friend’s house. saw people i haven’t seen in a long time. chill night turned into some fun. i got people to take shots & shots for me since i couldn’t drink haha

[145 - 05/24/12] 7♥months 
Bocce at Pinstripe with some friends. First time i ever played and i really enjoyed the game since i happened to be pretty good haha. boys played, hung out outside after cause they closed for the night.

[150 - 05/29/12] Helped the bf move out of his storage unit all morning then late beach day to relax with val & vic. buff joes & joy yees boba for everyone!

[144 - 05/23/12] Agreed to switch with a co worker so i ended up working the evening shift at another unit and i was the only cna on the floor. All heavy patients but the nurses were all so nice to me & helped me out. American Idol finale so i took my break around the time it started to watch even though i don’t really follow the show. The evening turned out not so crazy so the nurses and i were able to watch with one of our patients who was nice enough to call us when they called the finalist. Jessica Sanchez didn’t win so the nurses were disappointed haha i bet my mom & aunt are too since they vote like crazy all the time. 

[143 - 05/22/12] Machata ice cream from Mitsuwa with the bf. saw our friend & hung out for a bit.

[142 - 05/21/12] Went to Target to help dee pick out sandals and i ended up buying one for myself. Picked up the bf from the airport later that night. So glad he’s back home from Vegas!! =D he brought mamon from Red Ribbon & little big bites from Jolibee since i wasn’t able to get some when i was in Vegas before i left. 

[141 - 05/20/12] Joy Yees for some boba & Siam Pasta for some takeout with dee. hung out at her house for a bit and played with Tobey. he got a cute little bench just for him hahah

beautiful weather calls for shorts. mine & my sis’s outfits of the day. 

[140 - 05/19/12] Went to a rummage sale in Wilmette with my sis. of course i always go for the purses first haha found a few good ones. one of them was still new with tags on and i got a travel jewelry pouch with a ring holder that i thought was cool and even better cause it was 25cents! also got a chain bracelet that i’m prob gonna diy to make it look better. everything i got was only $16! 

It was a beautiful day out and a few friends wanted to go to the beach. i didn’t get to go paddle boarding last time cause i wasn’t prepared to go in the water so it was my first time and it was so awesome, i loved it! i actually tried standing and managed not to fall. definitely a good time at the beach.

Glen Ellyn fest with some friends. hungry from the beach and i had just enough cash for some food. pulled pork sandwich and shared some fries chips. took a photo with “superman” who apparently dresses up with the costume on every town festivities haha. shared a big bag of cotton candy while we walked around the carnival. tired at the end of the night but definitely eventful & fun-filled.
